Restoration help in Banks

Banks is the small town at the northwest edge of the metro, where the Tualatin Valley meets the Coast Range foothills. It's wetter than the valley floor, older in its core, and rural at its edges: the kind of place where a water problem is as likely to be a farm-system failure as a house failure.

The buildings

An older small-town core of wood-frame homes, later builds through the middle, and rural properties with wells and outbuildings on the edges.

The water

Foothill rain hits Banks harder than the valley; the low ground holds it. Older plumbing, crawlspace moisture, and the rural-system list (well houses, long runs, outbuildings) fill out the calls.

The callback

Town lot or rural property, and house system or farm system: the crew covering the upper valley asks both, and they're used to the rural answers.

Coverage

The town core, and the rural properties inside city limits.
