What this site does

Greater Portland Restoration is a referral service. We accept descriptions of damage and contact details, and we pass each request to one independent local restoration company. We do not perform restoration work, and we are not a party to the contract between you and the crew.

The crew relationship

Any estimate, scope, schedule, warranty, and invoice comes from the restoration company that contacts you. That company is an independent business; it is not our employee, agent, or subsidiary. Questions and disputes about the work belong to you and that company, under the contract you sign with them.

No warranty on our side

We make no representation about the licensing, quality, timing, or outcome of a crew's work, and we do not guarantee that a crew is available in your area at any given time.

Acceptable use

Use the form to request help for a real property. Submitting fake requests, other people's contact details, or automated submissions is misuse; we rate-limit and block it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or from the work of a company we connect you with. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at zero dollars; the service is free.
